Goat Peter really deserves his name because the eleven-year-old has an important task to fullfill. As goat general, he takes care of all the goats in the Dörfli and drives them up to the mountain pasture to graze every day. If a goat gets sick, Peter gets help from his clever grandmother. The blind old lady is very familiar with herbs, plants and remedies and quickly nurses all animals back to health.
